Before you book

• Reserve PR11 through SIMplifica for 10:30 to 11:00 if you want to walk. Pay online in advance.
• Pickup covers Funchal from the old town to Lido and Caniço. Other areas need an arrangement with the agency and cost extra.
• You may need to walk 5 to 10 minutes to the meeting point. Collection can begin 40 minutes before departure.
• Cruise guests meet at the CR7/Pestana Hotel bus stop. There is no collection inside the terminal.
• The infant band covers ages 0 to 4. Child fares cover ages 5 to 12. Book with at least one traveller aged 13 or over.
• Set aside money for lunch and admission fees. Book at least 3 hours ahead.
• At least one traveller aged 13 or over per booking, up to 18 people per booking.

Hotel pickup included. Pickup 40 minutes before departure. 106 pickup points listed by the operator.

We offer pickup for clients staying in hotels and accomodation in Funchal from the old part fo the town untill Lido in the hotel areas . Other pleaces contact the agency . Pickups outside Funchal and Caniço needs to contact the agency to see availability The pick up may start up to 35/40 minutes before the activity depending where you are staying. We trie to be ponctual but depending on road works , wheater conditions, accidents , we may came 5/10 minutes late. Depending where you are staying you may need to walk 5 to 10 minutes to the meeting point. We do not offer pick-ups at the cruise terminal. The meeting point is in the Bus Stop of CR7/Pestana Hotel . We inform the pick up time and place to the clients 24/12Hours before the activity.

Usual timetable: daily, at 09:00. Check your date when you book.

Instant confirmation. Book at least 3 hours ahead. Mobile or paper ticket accepted.

Cancellation, weather and limits

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund when cancelled 1 day or more before
• 0% refund when cancelled less than 1 day before

Bad weather can cancel the trip. The trip can also be cancelled if too few people book.
