Porto Moniz gets two hours for lunch or a swim. Fanal has a 30-minute stop. You also visit Cabo Girão and the Véu da Noiva viewpoint.

Before you book
- Free pickup covers Funchal and central Câmara de Lobos. Be ready 60 minutes before departure.
- Cruise passengers meet at the CR7 Museum outside the port.
- Pool entry and the Cabo Girão skywalk cost extra. Lunch is separate too.
- Each booking needs two travellers aged 19 to 64. Infant places cover ages 0 to 6. Child places cover ages 10 to 15. Ask about ages 7 to 9 before paying.
- Booster and infant seats are available. Keep wet swimwear and towels off the seats. Coffee and soft drinks are not allowed in the van. Ice cream is not allowed either.
- Departures are Monday to Saturday at 08:30. Book at least 12 hours ahead.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund.
- At least two adults per booking, up to 8 people per booking.

- Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools
Porto Moniz is one of the highlights of the West Tour and the reason why most of our visitors book this tour. The natural pools covered by volcanic lava make this town truly something out of the ordinary. Beautiful and attractive are the words that describe this magnificent location. At this stop, we have time to swim in the natural pools and have time to eat something. P.S. Please note: the entrance fee to the pools is not included; it costs 3 euros per person. Pools are paid because there are other pools that are free. It is an option to choose from. Be careful not to leave wet towels or bathing suits on the van's upholstery, as this will damage it.
- Ribeira da Janela
Ribeira da Janela is one of the biggest attractions on the north coast of Madeira Island. Its imposing rock formation emerging from the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean is something never before seen. It looks like a National Geographic film. One of the first shots of the 2023 Star Wars movie, filmed on Madeira Island, was shot right here. In the same location, we can see a new tourist attraction: a zip line.

Fanal Forest, what words are needed? It's a forest straight out of a movie scene. When Nature presents us with fog, this is the highlight of the West Tour. The centuries-old trees that date back to the discovery and colonization of Madeira Island. These are living trees; the photos taken don't express their beauty and magic. It's a unique and rare place on Madeira Island that should be visited and contemplated without destroying or polluting. P.S. It was here in this forest that the 2023 Star Wars film was shot.
