Ponta de São Lourenço (PR 8) - Hiking Tour in Madeira

By Madeira Adventure Kingdom · listed in guided levada walks in Madeira

Our take

I'd choose this if you want a day on the peninsula with a guide. You walk out to Casa do Sardinha for a rest. The return follows the same path.

Minivan transport from central Funchal and Caniço is included. Insurance is included too. Bring your own food and water. Government fees cost extra.

Allow 6 hours for the trip with about three and a half hours on foot. The walk can be very windy. It can go ahead in rain if the route is safe. It runs on Tuesdays.
